Yes! We offer a free trial class so you can experience our coaching before enrolling.

Our coach will conduct a skill assessment during the trial class to determine their level.

You’ll need a device (laptop, tablet / iPad), a webcam, Zoom, and a stable internet connection.

Refund Policy
- A free trial class is available before joining.
- Monthly payments must be made 100% in advance.
- No refunds will be provided once the monthly fee is paid.
- Students are eligible for 1 make-up class per month, provided prior notice (minimum 12 hours) is given.
- Missed classes without notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
- If a class is canceled from our side and cannot be rescheduled, the session will be adjusted or refunded.
- For international payments, transaction charges are non-refundable.
- Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Terms & Conditions
- Classes are for children aged 5 to 15 years.
- Monthly plans include 8 sessions (2 per week).
- We offer 1-on-1 and group online classes, and limited offline sessions.
- 1 make-up session per month allowed with proper advance notice.
- All fees are to be paid before the start of the month. No part-payments or pay-later options.
- Communication regarding sessions, reschedules, and updates will be shared via WhatsApp or email.
- Respectful behavior is expected from students and parents.
- Student data and class recordings will remain private and secure.
